
Hi, I’m Bailie, and I started Your Billing Advocate because I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming and frustrating medical billing can be.
Through my 5+ years experience working in insurance, claims, and accounts receivable, I’ve spent countless hours dealing with billing issues, following up on unpaid claims, and navigating the back-and-forth between providers and insurance companies. What became clear very quickly is that most people are left trying to figure this system out on their own—with little guidance and a lot of confusion.
I’ve seen how easy it is for things to slip through the cracks—claims denied without clear explanation, bills that don’t quite make sense, and patients stuck wondering what they actually owe or what to do next.
I started this service to change that.
My goal is to take something that feels complicated and stressful and make it clear, manageable, and fair. I believe you deserve to understand your medical bills, ask questions confidently, and not feel overwhelmed by the process.
